These SMS Terms of Service govern your enrollment in the text-messaging program operated by Rising Tide QB Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Rising Tide QB Academy LLC — including program promotions, film-review updates, and appointment reminders — at the phone number you provided.
By checking the SMS consent box and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the account holder for the phone number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your application.
Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
